The French Embassy in Romania and the French Institute in Romania launch the French Government scholarship program every year for Romanian students and researchers. They can apply for the mobility support programs for master’s and doctoral levels, during the period established in the selection calendar.
Within these programs, Romanian students wishing to pursue university studies or a research stay in France can apply for the master’s and doctoral scholarships made available by the French government, provided that they justify their command of the French language at an intermediate level (B1).

NUFFIC is the Netherlands Organisation for International Cooperation in Higher Education. As an independent, non-profit organisation based in The Hague, the Netherlands, NUFFIC supports internationalisation in higher education, research and professional education in the Netherlands and abroad, as well as supporting improved access to higher education worldwide.

The Embassy of Sweden in Romania promotes and expands relations between Romania and Sweden in all public sectors.
This time, the Embassy of Sweden in Bucharest would like to extend an invitation to study for a bachelor’s, master’s or doctoral degree in Sweden to students and researchers from Timisoara. EU students are exempt from paying tuition fees in public higher education institutions in Sweden. You can choose from Sweden’s offer, which includes more than 700 master’s programs and 100 bachelor’s programs taught in English, in over 35 universities.

The CEEPUS program provides academic mobility opportunities for students and teachers at universities in Central and Eastern Europe. Romania joined the program in 1998.
