Scholarship Program “Eugen Ionescu” allows doctoral and postdoctoral students from Universities in members or observers countries of OIF (Organisation internationale de la Francophonie) and Algeria, to benefit from a research internship of 3 months in Romania, in one of the 28 AUF member universities.
